Return & Refund Policy

At Fragora, we are committed to ensuring the quality of our products and your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged item, we’re here to make it right.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the case of damaged products. To be eligible, you must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at fragorauae@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. Our team will assist you in scheduling a pickup.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your bank account within 7 business days. We’ll notify you once the refund has been processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A return pickup will be arranged by Fragora, and the applicable shipping fee will be communicated in advance.

Non-Returnable Items

All items are eligible for return if they are received in a damaged condition.
